Frank Kozik, Iconic Poster and Album art Artist Dies at 61

Frank Kozik, the iconic graphic artist behind album covers including The Offsprings’s “Americana” , Dee Dee Ramones “Zonked” and tons more, has died. He was 61 years old.

Kozik’s death was confirmed by his wife Sharon via Instagram, who did not give a cause of death but said his passing was “unexpected.”
