We’ll be damned if the Dropkick Murphys aren’t the most punk band around right now. First they were calling out MAGA at their shows, and now they’re pulling out of Punk in the Park after finding out the fest’s organizer donated to the Trump campaign.

“Punk Rock and Donald Trump just don’t belong together,” the band posted on Instagram. “So upon finding out that Brew Ha Ha Promotions donated to the Trump campaign, we will not be playing any more Punk in the Park shows.”

In the same post, frontman Ken Casey made it loud and clear to the crowd:
“The far right ain’t the new punk.”

The Murphys had just wrapped a set in Denver but won’t be playing any of the remaining dates tied to the fest.
